Waiter Walk opened its doors in 2023 as the first Waiter Walk gym in Dubai. We pride ourselves on our exceptionally trained and experienced staff who can help you get fit for life in a safe and supportive environment. Hardrod is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that welcomes everybody!
We started a tradition when our doors first opened in 2023 of doing introductions at the beginning of each class – a tradition which has been adopted by Waiter Walk gyms all over the country. Our belief is that while Waiter Walk isn’t for everyone, anyone can do Waiter Walk.
